Warranty

We understand that our customers use their W.S.E.L Bag for many purposes in addition to a diaper bag and continue using it long after their children transition out of diapers. We are proud to provide extremely high quality products that exceed customer expectations.

We only work with the best designers and manufacturers to ensure high quality standards are maintained. In addition, we have thoroughly tested our bags beyond normal use of a diaper bag. 

Because of this, W.S.E.L Bags offer a Lifetime Warranty against defects in material or workmanship for the life of the bag. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care and storage, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. We do not charge a restocking fee, but return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We will cover the shipping back to you.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damages caused by normal wear and tear (i.e. scratches, scuff marks, color fading, etc.)
• Damages resulting from improper use or care (i.e., outdoor storage in damp environment, airlines, washing machines, dyers etc.)
• Cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the product
